Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated serves multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products at customer retail locations in Glen Burnie and surrounding areas.

The role follows planograms and quality guidelines, communicating with store management and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating products, creating POS materials, organizing backroom areas, and building business relationships with store personnel through proactive follow-up on

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Proof of insurance to verify current coverage per policy limits.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf; rotates product and checks vendor operation.
• Maintains back room by stacking and organizing products by package and flavor; handles returns for damaged or out-of-date items.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, programs and opportunities.
