The Sales Merchandiser position involves executing Anderson Merchandisers' standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager, with daily communication expected with the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Educating customers and store personnel about our client’s brands and products
• Executing tasks, resets, displays accurately following instructions
• Maintaining work quality to meet or exceed expectations
• Merchandising and executing projects to maintain account aesthetics and ensure compliance
• Understanding and adhering to all company policies
• Communicating daily activities, sales opportunities, and barriers to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager
• Using handheld devices proficiently
• Maintaining confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of 35 lbs, and assistance for objects up to 100 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk during work
• Manual dexterity, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and mobility required
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Access to a computer, internet, printing, and email
• Customer service or sales experience preferred

Rate of Pay: $16.00
