Position Overview

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers' standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager, with daily communication and follow-up expected with the Territory Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and products.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately, following provided instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Perform merchandising and all assigned projects with quality and accuracy to maintain store aesthetics and deliver above-average project execution.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, success, and barriers to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager, including specific requests and needs.
• Use all functions of the handheld device consistently and knowledgeably.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly, with assistance up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable performing work while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Capable of fine manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper/lower body mobility.
• Flexibility to work nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance, with travel to multiple locations possible.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing, and email.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour.
