Retail Odyssey is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Surprise, AZ to drive in-store merchandising efforts, build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory while supporting leadership with scheduling, onboarding and reporting.

The role values customer service, leadership, and hands-on mentoring. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within our expanding merchandising team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Safety-first mindset in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
