Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. You’ll also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Leading and training people.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
