The Retail Odyssey Company seeks an in-store merchandising teammate to help shape engaging shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

You’ll train and lead teammates, interact with customers, and use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift. This role offers competitive wages and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Applicants should provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and team members.
• Experience in merchandising and leading others is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely in a retail setting.
