Retail Odyssey in Cottonwood, AZ is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead. You will provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales.

You will also back leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training is provided; must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable around customers.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to lead and train people
• Ability to record work using smartphone or tablet
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment
