Job summary

Pbna is seeking a Merchandiser to handle product merchandising in large-volume stores, including stocking shelves, rotating shelves, setting up displays, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

The role is labor intensive and requires lifting 20–45 pound cases, bending, reaching and squatting, with reliable attendance and the ability to work with store staff and management.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Provide customer service and follow operating procedures
• Deliver service during designated times established by management
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
