Job summary

Pbna is seeking a retail merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move items between backroom and sales floor across large-volume stores in Los Angeles area. The role requires physical labor, lifting 20-45 lb cases, and daily travel to multi-store locations with reliable transportation.

You will maintain backroom organization, prepare promotional materials, support store staff, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Adhere to operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport, attentiveness).
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
