Job summary

Pbna is seeking a dedicated merchandising associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and build relationships with store personnel in large-volume grocery environments. The role includes transporting goods, setting up displays, and following designated routes while maintaining orderly backrooms and accurate order input via handheld devices.

Applicants should be at least 18, pass any physical requirements, and have reliable transport and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (where applicable).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
