Job summary

Pbna is seeking a Merchandiser to perform product merchandising in large-volume grocery accounts. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

The position involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving to multi-store locations, and following scheduled start times. Training and physical capability tests may apply; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lb cases and perform merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment.
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Provide service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
