The role is an Independent Contractor, with a flexible schedule and a competitive hourly rate ($16-$18). Strong attention to detail and teamwork across store settings are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives essential.
• Attention to detail and creativity in presenting products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, via the Winston App.
• Smartphones required: IOS iPhone 11+ or Android 2020+ with OS no more than four versions behind latest.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
