Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a motivated Mandate Retail Service Merchandiser to join its national network. You will perform reset and remodel work, read planograms and place items, while collaborating with store personnel.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to build relationships with business partners. Must be 18+, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Background in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel work.
• Move and clean shelves, install new racks and shelves, display merchandise properly.
• Check date codes and planogram integrity; process restocks and reorders.
• Partner with store personnel and coworkers to maintain merchandising excellence.
• Use web-based apps to view schedules, accept assignments, and record work data.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
