American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple Chandler, AZ retail locations on a regular route. You will display and maintain greeting card departments, manage backroom organization, and coordinate product orders on a tablet-based system.

The role emphasizes daytime hours with a flexible, part-time schedule and seasonal extended hours around holidays. Training is provided, and a 401(k) with company match supports long-term benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency - able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs - occasional weekends and days around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders and displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management and organizational skills.
• Partner with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and after major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets including fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
