Job summary

American Greetings Corporation in Prescott, AZ is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service local retail routes, display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more.

You will work independently on your route, manage time effectively, and build relationships with store staff during daytime hours, with pay starting at $15.30/hour and raises after 6 months to $16.20 and after 12 months to $17.00.

Qualifications

• Availability for daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.
• Ability to work independently on a merchandise route.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to display standards.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
