Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned retail routes in Jacksonville. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods while keeping backroom areas organized.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and a company 401(k) with match. You’ll work independently and with store teams to ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without assistance.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Willingness to work on weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate scheduling questions or concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Cover additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and assembly.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently or with a team.
