Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser for Biloxi-area routes. You will merchandise and display product across greeting card departments, organize backrooms, and manage inventory on a set route with daytime hours.

The role supports holiday-driven scheduling and requires independent and team work. Starting pay is $11.70/hour with raises to $12.40 after 6 months and $13.00 after 12 months, plus paid training and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display products within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain organized backroom areas and inventory tasks
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly or relocation
• Plan and review weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
