Acosta, Inc. - Part-Time Retail Merchandiser

Are you ready to dive into the world of cutting-edge electronics and make a real impact? Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Vernon Hills, IL, and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory, ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
2. Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

Clients:

Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

Schedule & Compensation:

1. Up to 25 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends or evenings.
2. Paid at $17.00 per hour for general projects; higher rates available for technical projects.
3. Includes bi-weekly pay schedule, direct deposit, and optional 401(k) plan with company match.
4. Travel reimbursement for store-to-store drive time and mileage.
5. Paid training provided.
6. Accrued PTO hours each week worked.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the territory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team.
• Tech-ready: internet access, basic hand-held tools, Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled device with latest OS; laptop/desktop is a plus.
• Must have a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
