Job description

Job Title: Retail Merchandiser - Electronics - Part Time

Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Chicago, IL, and surrounding areas. This role involves enhancing the retail experience through product display management for leading clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

Responsibilities:

• Complete store visits within an assigned territory to ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit digital surveys with feedback and photos after each store visit.

Schedule & Hours:

Up to 25 hours per week, primarily Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. No weekend or evening work required. Opportunities for additional hours or travel may be available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate of $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
• Higher rates available for technical projects.
• Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit, optional 401(k) plan, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications:

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all merchandising tasks independently within the assigned territory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Must have internet access, a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled smart device, and a driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
