Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Crystal Lake, IL!

Are you ready to make a difference in the electronics retail world? We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to enhance the retail experience through effective product display management.

1. Key Responsibilities:
   • Complete store visits at major retail locations within your assigned territory.
   • Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
   • Submit digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
2. Clients: Represent global brands such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
3. Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings required.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
   • $17.00/hour for general merchandising projects.
   • Higher rates available for technical projects.
   • Paid training, bi-weekly pay with direct deposit, optional 401(k) with company match, and travel reimbursement.
   • PTO accrual and paid time off.
5. Qualifications:
   • Previous merchandising, retail, or 3PL experience preferred.
   • Ability to handle all levels of merchandising tasks within your territory.
   • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
   • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
   • Tech-ready: Internet, basic hand tools, smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS, and optional laptop/desktop.
   • Must have a driver’s license, personal vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
   • Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
