Job summary

TESO Group in Lynnwood, WA is hiring Store Staff to be frontline in merchandising, replenishment, and customer service. Under supervision of Team Leader and Store Manager, you'll ensure neat displays, accurate pricing, and timely restocking.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding product selection, maintaining clean aisles, managing stock, and reporting issues promptly. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma / vocational secondary school or above.
• Experience in retail, supermarkets, beauty, or lifestyle retail preferred; training available.
• Knowledge of product merchandising, replenishment, price labels, inventory care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Guide customers to products and explain features when asked.
• Maintain shelf organization, pricing, and displays.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves stay full and orderly.
• Report pricing discrepancies and issues promptly.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and records.
