Job summary

TESO Group's Lynnwood store is seeking a Store Staff member to support merchandising, replenishment, price labeling, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Under supervision of the Team Leader and Store Manager, you will maintain clean areas, assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and Tester/sample materials, while reporting issues promptly. This part-time role requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or service experience preferred; training available.
• Familiar with product merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management, customer service, cleanliness, receiving organization, and basic work records.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Ensure shelves are neat and front-facing; assist with merchandising.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate price labels and promotional displays; report discrepancies.
• Escalate customer complaints or issues to team leadership when needed.
• Manage testers, samples, and display materials as required.
