Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a part-time Store Staff member in Lynnwood, WA. You will focus on merchandising, replenishment, price labeling, area cleanliness, and friendly customer service, reporting to store leadership.

This role covers stockroom organization, tester management, and daily work processes to ensure a neat, well-priced shopping environment for customers. Under supervision of Team Leaders, you’ll help maintain displays, assist with receiving, and promptly report issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or above.
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred; training available.
• Familiar with merchandising, replenishment, price labels, and stock room organization.
• Strong execution, responsibility, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Maintain merchandise displays, front-facing, and shelf organization.
• Replenish stock, ensure shelves are full and accurately priced.
• Check for near-expiration or damaged items and report issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts as required.
• Report any equipment or safety issues to supervisors.
• Manage testers, samples, and display materials as needed.
