HomeGoods (The TJX Companies, Inc.) in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and well organized.

You will follow established procedures, assist in merchandise presentation, process purchases accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support store safety and loss prevention. Flexible scheduling and prior retail experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains cleanliness and order on the sales floor and supports store recovery.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Supports store safety and shrink reduction goals.
