Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring an in-store merchandiser in Worcester, MA to build displays and rotate stock. No prior experience is required as we provide training and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will work with store teams, maintaining safety and delivering strong customer service while helping maximize sales through effective shelf setups and inventory checks. Competitive hourly pay starts at $16.50.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
