Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, rotating products, and tracking inventory in Massachusetts. This role emphasizes customer interaction and teamwork in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate is 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working with store teams. Training is provided, with potential additional hours and benefits for teammates.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
