Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for an in-store Merchandiser role in Boston, MA. You will support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

The position emphasizes customer interaction, reliability, and safety in a retail environment. No prior experience required—we provide training and ongoing team support.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
