Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

We welcome applicants 18 years or older with strong customer service skills and reliable transportation. No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities to grow and take on additional hours as requested.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
