Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Belchertown, MA, paying $20/hr. You will complete a route of 2-4 stores, spending approximately 1.5 hours per location.

Start date is November 11, 2026, with arrival 15 minutes early. Responsibilities include stocking Flower Foods products to planograms, tagging prices, restoring shelves, and capturing photos before and after the reset.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel and crouch for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Business casual dress code: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
