Job summary

Survey Merchandiser in Massachusetts is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers on a Nantucket, Marston Mills and Mashpee, MA route.

You will complete a 2–4 store route with about 1.5 hours at each site, earning $20/hr. Start date October 13, 2026 at 6:00 AM; arrive 15 minutes early and complete tasks via the Survey Merchandiser app.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
• Business casual dress code: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
