Job summary

Survey.com is seeking independent contractors to serve as Retail Merchandisers on a Nantucket project with a $20/hr pay. You will complete a route of 2–4 stores, spending about 1.5 hours at each location, focusing on planogram implementation and accurate documentation using the Survey Merchandiser App.

This role suits candidates with strong retail merchandising experience and the ability to follow detailed instructions, reset shelves, and report results promptly.

Qualifications

• Comfort with using a smartphone app to submit photos and notes.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at scheduled reset date and time at assigned stores.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products according to planograms and tag pricing.
• Clean shelves, organize sections and capture before/after photos.
• Ensure shelf areas are reset, stocked, tagged and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of resets.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser App.

Job description

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as RetailMerchandisersfor aproject in Nantucket,Marston MillsandMashpe, MApaying$20/hr. This is a routed project. You will be required to complete a route of 2–4 stores, with approximately 1.5 hours spent at each location.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong experience, particularly in planogram (POG) implementation and store resets. Merchandisers will be responsible for accurately documenting project completion and store conditions using the Survey Merchandiser App

• Start Time:6:00 AM
• Arrival:Must arrive15 minutes early

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience
• Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
