Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Bedford, Chelmsford and Lexington, MA, paying $22/hr. You will complete a route of 2-4 stores, spending about 1.5 hours per location, with a start date in October 2026.

Responsibilities include resetting shelves to the planogram, tagging prices, taking before/after photos, and reporting via the app. Must have retail merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical: Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• DressCode: Business casual attire; no shorts/tank tops/graphic shirts.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
