The role emphasizes independent contractor status with varied hours, hourly pay, and opportunities to travel between store sites. You will report via Winston App on a smartphone and collaborate with store teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smartphone.
• IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer; Android: Use a 2020+ device with OS not more than four versions behind latest.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
