Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a friendly in-store merchandiser to help retailers meet shopper needs by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

We offer $14.50 per hour, opportunities for advancement, training provided, and benefits customized to your family’s needs. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, interact confidently with customers, and work well with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
