Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers across Michigan. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities, working with store teams to meet customer needs.

You don’t need prior experience; training is provided. You must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
