Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks an energetic in-store merchandising teammate to assist retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor stock to help maximize sales across partner accounts.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with strong customer service and teamwork. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
