Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and shelf resets. You will track inventory and rotate products to maximize sales opportunities across locations in Michigan.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; we offer competitive wages and opportunities to grow within the company. You’ll need reliable transportation and a customer-friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic way.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Work independently but also possess team-building skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
