Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an enthusiastic in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities across locations.

You will join a nationwide team of associates, receive training, and have opportunities for growth. All team members are committed to delivering friendly service and reliable execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
