Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey team is seeking in-store merchandisers in the United States. You will build displays, rotate stock, and help stores maximize sales while delivering friendly service to customers.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be 18+ years old, have reliable transportation, and work well independently or as part of a team in a retail environment.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
