Job summary

Advantage Solutions' Retail Odyssey team in Louisville, KY is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves and rotate stock to maximize sales. You will work on-site with retailers, ensuring product visibility and availability.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs are necessary. Reliable transportation is required for the location.

Qualifications

• Are 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results, able to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment.
