Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, end caps, shelf resets with product rotation, and inventory tracking to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as we provide training and team support. The role offers $16.00 per hour, growth opportunities from within, and benefits to meet your family’s needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
