Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Green Bay is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape shopper experiences. You will build displays, set up end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You’ll interact with customers and management, work well independently or with a team, and enjoy growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
