Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Wisconsin. You will support retailers by creating attractive displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for additional hours and a benefits package.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and able to work both independently and with a team, with a strong focus on customer service and safety in a retail environment. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in a retail setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
