Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking friendly, energetic in-store merchandisers to support retailers and shoppers alike. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and monitor stock to help maximize sales opportunities across partner stores.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; you must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to work in Wisconsin.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
