Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven Retail Merchandiser for independent contractor engagements in McCook, NE. You will keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing, replenishing inventory and maintaining presentation standards across stores.

You'll work hands-on in diverse store settings, create engaging shopping experiences, and use the Winston App for reporting and scheduling. The role offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
• Smartphones are required for reporting: IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer; Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities
