Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate Retail Merchandiser to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will work hands-on in stores to replenish inventory and maintain presentation standards, reflecting the brand’s identity.

The role involves independent project-based work across different store settings with an emphasis on planogram execution, timely reporting, and strong communication with store management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.

• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.

Pay: $16-$18 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Expected Hours: Varies, Project-Based

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands‑on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards


• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise


• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings


• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability

• Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Experience & Skills
