Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers on a project in Hanover, PA, paying $20/hr. You will complete a route of 2–4 stores, spending about 1.5 hours per location.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong experience, particularly in planogram (POG) implementation and store resets. Merchandisers will document project completion and store conditions using the Survey Merchandiser App.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• DressCode: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
