Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring an entry-level In-Store Merchandiser in Long Beach, CA. You will support retailers with merchandising, build displays, reset shelves, and rotate stock to optimize sales.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and team support are provided. You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation and strong customer service skills are essential.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
