Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock to maximize sales. You’ll work with store teams to ensure products are guest-friendly and well-stocked, with training provided if you’re new to the role.

Qualifications are simple: you’re 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to interact with customers in a friendly, proactive way.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
