Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Suffolk, VA is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required; training provided. We offer competitive wages at $14.00 per hour, opportunities for growth, and benefits options. You will need strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
